OLIVIO Residence is another wonderful project of our company, which is expected to start soon.
Olivio is a residential oasis where architecture and nature come together. Inspired by the olive tree, the 3–5 storey buildings rise organically from the ground, reflecting the sculptural beauty of the surrounding groves. Natural materials, especially clay, are used for the façade, creating a warm, earthy aesthetic that harmonizes with the landscape.
RESIDENCE QUATTRO CASTELLA
The residence will be designed and built with attention to detail and functionality. Each housing unit will be designed to provide comfortable and modern living spaces, with a particular focus on space distribution and natural lighting optimization. We will use high- quality materials to ensure the durability and elegance of the structures.
VILLA RIKO
The villa is designed to offer a luxurious and comfortable environment. The interior spaces are spacious and bright, with large windows that provide panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The use of wood as the primary material creates a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere that seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings.
HALISOF TECHNOLOGIES
HALISOF TECHNOLOGIES composed of one floor (warehouse) and 2nd floor (office area), is located on the Tirana-Durrës highway, in the area called Sallmone.
OLEA RESIDENCE
The largest project of our company, completed in 2022, Olea Residence Drymades, Dhermi is one of the most exclusive destinations and projects of the Ionian coast.
KRISTAL BUILDINGS
The buildings named Kristal 1 and Kristal 2, the construction of which started in 2015 and 2016, respectively, are located in the Selita area, with access near the main road “Unaza e Madhe”.
